Having had a falling out with her former husband, Spence Westmore, Rosie is sent home in tears. However, unbeknownst to her, Spence regains his memories of her (having suffered amnesia) shortly after she left. During the middle of the night he leaves her drunken voicemails, telling her he wants to be with her by any means necessary. It's only then that Rosie's boss, Genevieve Delatour, turns on the TV revealing the news anchor discussing Peri Westmore's gruesome murder. Rosie and Genevieve are shocked as the news anchor goes into detail that the police have indicated Spence to be the prime suspect. Genevieve tries to calm Rosie down, pointing out that it doesn't mean he did it, but the news anchor continues that witnesses saw them take part in a violent confrontation at their party the night before. Later that morning Genevieve continues watching the news anchor's report, but is interrupted when Rosie leaves Miguel under her care so that she can see Spence. ("Another One Wipes the Dust")
